this is one of my favorite stories of yours- a lesson to speak up even if you think it is obvious or not a big deal. It may help not only your own kids but others.
Silence is definitely not golden, most of the time, Pattie. You did very well not to explode!
My boys had never had soda either, at that age. They probably have by now I guess. I have never had a coke nor ever eaten at McDonald's.
