They are not ideal but neither is it ideal for us to live in cities and overpopulate the world with people.....ideally we should all become hunters and gatherers again perhaps and rely on the survival of the fittest. But what exactly are the ethics of putting of the waste from that industry to good use? In our area, the White House indicates that it used crab meal from the Chesapeake Bay to fertilize Michelle Obama&amp;#39;s garden. Some people have real issues with the way the crab industry is conducted. Does that make crab meal bad? Unless you&amp;#39;re a spinner, the only other real purpose for keeping rabbits is meat production (or skins) and that leads to killing.
